Frequently asked questions

What do I get with one tenant?
A Microsoft 365 tenant on one of your domains with 99 mailboxes on it. Each mailbox has its own address and password with sign-in turned on, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up for the domain.
Which sending tools can I use?
Any tool that connects Microsoft 365 mailboxes with an email address and password. You import our CSV. The mailboxes also open in Outlook on the web; they are shared mailboxes, so they don't open in the Outlook desktop app.
How many emails can I send per tenant?
We recommend about 3 emails per mailbox per day, roughly 300 per tenant, once your mailboxes are warmed up.
Why does delivery take 3 to 5 days?
Setting up a Microsoft tenant properly takes a few days. We build it, configure every record, and check that it sends before we hand it over, so everything works when you start. Most orders are ready in 3 to 5 days.
Do I need my own domains?
Yes, one domain per tenant, registered anywhere. You change its two nameservers to the values we send you, and we handle every DNS record from there.
Is warm-up included?
No. Most sending tools include warm-up, so we don't charge for it. We provide the infrastructure; leads, copy and campaigns are yours.
How does billing work?
Monthly by card through Creem, our payment provider, renewing automatically. Cancel any time; your tenants stay active until the end of the month you paid for.
